Pricing questions
- What is a credit?
- Credits pay for full-resolution downloads. Adding color to a photo costs 1 credit, optional repairs cost extra (see the table above), and the total is shown before you order. Previews never use credits.
- How long do credits last?
- Credits you buy in packs stay valid for at least two years from the day you buy them, and packs never renew. Monthly credits from the optional Pro plan roll over up to a cap and expire when the plan ends.
- What if something goes wrong?
- If a job fails, you aren't charged: the credits go back to your balance automatically. Unused credits from your most recent pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. The Refund Policy has the details.
- What do I get?
- A full-resolution JPG with no watermark, at the pixel size of the photo you uploaded. It's yours to keep, share or print.
- Do my credits work in the mobile app?
- Yes. Sign in with the same account and your balance is there. In the app you can also buy credits through the App Store or Google Play.
