Which PPI should I choose?

Use 300 PPI for close-viewed photographs, 240 PPI for most framed prints and 150 PPI for larger prints normally viewed from farther away.

Before printing an old photo

  • Crop and straighten before calculating the final size.
  • Keep an untouched master scan alongside the edited copy.
  • Restore scratches and faded detail before enlarging.

Improve the photo before printing

Repair damage, restore faded detail and preview natural color before creating the final print file.
